This policy describes how Remembr, operated by Jason (sole proprietor), handles your information.
Only to provide the Remembr service: saving your details, answering your questions, and sending the reminders you set up. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
We use Twilio to send and receive text messages and an AI provider (xAI) to understand the messages you send. They process this data only to deliver the service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We keep your saved details until you delete them or stop using the service. Text delete N to remove a saved item (N is the item number shown in list), or email jasonfranczak@yahoo.com to have all your data deleted. Texting STOP ends all messages.
